Sometimes you just do need a lawyer, and when establishing your self-managed superannuation fund for the first time, or checking it is still working within the rules, getting legal advice can give you peace of mind.
All my work is carried out under the rules and code of practice of my professional body and is fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
You will not find my fees are excessive – since my overheads are low, they are very reasonable.
Firstly I offer a variety of up to date, plain English, stock documents for your SMSF: trust deeds; constitution for your corporate trustee; membership application; investment strategy sample; product disclosure statement; resolutions etc. And there are comprehensive and up to date step by step guides to help you avoid any pitfalls.
You can purchase documents separately if you wish. They are available for immediate download from my website. Each document is guaranteed to be up to date to suit the law in every State and Territory as it applies on the date of purchase. And I provide after sale support.
I can also check or update your existing SMSF documents for compliance with the latest superannuation law. Or I can create bespoke documents to suit your own circumstances. You will need to email me in the first instance and we can discuss your requirements.
I also offer advice on the law applying to your SMSF. What you can and cannot do. Whether your scheme is legal.
