One of the most important aspects of your SMSF is the documentation that accompanies your Fund. It is fundamental to the ongoing compliance of your SMSF that in turn enables it to continue to enjoy the tax concessions of super.

However, where exactly do you start when trying to create some of these documents, particuarly if you are using strategies or investment instruments that are not widespread ?

To assist trustees to this end, we have created some sample templates of common documents that trustees can use when creating their own. Whilst we will be adding to this document list as we go, we currently have the following document samples that members can download and use as they wish:
